Commentaires du Broker
Boatshed Cornwall are delighted to offer this Vancouver 27 cutter-rigged sailing yacht to the market. Renowned for their heavy-displacement long keel design and superb cruising capability, the Vancouver 27 has built a loyal following over the years and became the foundation for the later Vancouver 274 and 28 models.
Having recently visited and inspected the boat in person at her winter storage location, first impressions were extremely positive. She presents very well throughout and is clearly a yacht that has been carefully looked after by her current owner of more than twenty years.
Stepping onboard, she feels warm, inviting, and remarkably well cared for. The interior offers a very pleasant and comfortable space to spend time, making her an ideal choice for a couple or small family looking to move up to a larger, more capable cruising yacht.
Much has clearly been invested in her ongoing maintenance over the years, and she appears to be a regularly serviced and well-maintained example. Vancouver yachts remain highly sought after for their sea-kindly manners, reassuring build quality, and serious cruising credentials.
If you are looking for a well-presented traditional long keel cruising yacht, then this Vancouver 27 is strongly recommended for viewing.
