A lovely example of the ever popular Mitchell 31 MK1 fishing boat.
The current owner has not spared any expense as she certainly looks and feels maintained to a very high standard.
At the helm the boat benefits from 2 GPS systems (one of which as a 17inch monitor), she also has a radar system, a fish finder and 2 VHF DSC radios.
The boat also includes;
- Diesel Heating
- Runs on both 12 v and 24v batteries
- 24v Lewmar winch (that pulls like a train!)
- Deck Wash
- 2 speed windscreen wipers
- Large D shaped fendering.
In terms of upgrades and maintenance;
- The boat had Mk2 railings fitted in 2019
- A Mk2 rudder was fitted in 2018
- New Upholstery in 2019
- A 2011 engine was fitted in 2020
- A complete rewire in 2020
- New dashboard/helm fitted in 2020
- New Steering pipes in 2020
- New Bennett Powered trim tabs fitted in 2020
- New 4 bladed prop fitted in 2020
The owner commissioned a valuation by an independent surveyor on the 2nd April 2022, a full copy of this is available on request for interested parties. The surveyor valued the boat at £27,500
