Broker's Comments

This Falcon 27 motor cruiser looks ideal for a family cruiser. It is spacious and modern looking, with plenty of deck area and seating behind the helm.

There is a decent size swim platform with ladder, making her an ideal boat for fun in the sun. The helm position is nice and high, with plenty of visibility, also having a modern chart plotter and an easy to see extensive instrument panel.

The canvas canopy looks in very good condition and does not compromise the boat in any way, and offers plenty of protection from the elements.

Down below, the saloon area is light and clean, with plenty of room for a whole family. It has a large sociable table with seating around it, that turns into a large extra bed.

The heads are clean, and the galley is well equipped with cooker, and a front loading fridge with plenty of space for food and drink. The aft cabin has a decent sized bed, with a large opening window to let the air in.

Overall, this boat does not look or feel her 34 years. She looks well maintained and should give the new owners the opportunity for plenty of fun and experiences with family and friends, also enough space for longer trips.
