2024 Hull anode is replaced with a new one.
Heads inlet and outlet blakes seacocks serviced.
All below water level seacocks secured with 2 jubilee clips.
Hose tails on the valves inspected for signs of degradation, dezincification or corrosion.
Port and starboard wooden plinths tightened up in attachment to the transom.
Rust on port side cap-shroud chain plate fasteners inspected, sanded and painted.
Sprayhood is professionally repaired, it's windows are replaced.

Only 97 Westerly Pembroke sailboats with fin keels were built.
In 2021, the previous owner overhauled the cylinder head and installed new valves. Additionally, the fuel tank was cleaned and the filters were replaced.
The boat boasts a comfortable layout and attractive upholstery with the headlining in good condition.
It has been well cared for by previous owners, and the engine has received consistent maintenance over the years.
Included is a four-stroke 6HP Toyatsu Sail Pro outboard in excellent condition.
A fresh survey was conducted in 2023 and is available for review. Most of the issues noted in the survey have already been resolved, although there is a small leak from the water tank that needs attention.
