The Albin 25 is a popular Swedish built pocket cruiser or pocket trawler with over 2000 built. The unique compact design offers good headroom, two cabins, and excellent fuel economy at cruise (9 miles / gallon).

This Albin has been refit by her current owner over the past 5 years and appears in excellent, practically like-new condition, and over $27,000 in materials alone was spent on the re-fit.

The engine was replaced in 1995 and is estimated to have ~200 hours or less. Recent work includes new engine mounts, new exhaust, water pump rebuild, valve adjustment, and the head has been re-torqued

A partial list of work performed during the refit includes:

Installation of Bow-thruster
New Electrical
New Batteries
New Heating Systems
New Plumbing
New Tanks
New Head
New Coatings
New Hardtop
New Windows
New Electronics
New Windlass (re-furbished)
New Appliances
New Canvas
New Swim Platform & Restored Tender
All Interior Wood Re-finished and Updated

Also included in the sale of the vessel is an EZ-Loader dual axle trailer and a boat cover. The trailer bearings have recently been serviced, and two new tires installed.

This Albin 25 has been fully updated and is ready for her next adventure. If you're looking for a pocket trawler or other compact cruiser be sure to review the full listing for this vessel.
